remember when we had steven clark on form down the wing, his pace scared the hell out of the opposition full backs. he always beats his man (like i said when on form) gets to the by line and crosses in. i remember one time against exeter at home i think, he got to the by line cut in, ran towards the post and pulled the ball back and we scored, great stuff.
If gray was to play down the wing with his pace then maybe he can emulate steven clark. play eastwood and dudfield upfront, both can score goals with their head and dudfield has a predator nature to his game. both would score lots of goals and im sure gray can score his fair share with one on ones. he has setup 3 of eastwoods goals from crossing in when he broke wide so how many would he setup if permantly switched to the wing.
grays 5 goals this season have been 2 penalties and 3 one on ones type of goals and although he's playing really well take the 2 penalties away and hes only scored 3 which is unacceptable for a striker if we want promotion. i feel that gray doesnt like to shoot and dudfield will score more goals
