Parliamentary Petition to allow fans back into grounds

Apparently cinemas will be allowed to give entry to film goers, so this makes total sense to get fans back into grounds, providing socially distance rules are abided.

I can go to my local football club and enjoy a meal inside the clubhouse with other patrons on a sunday , the clubhouse enjoys a full view of the pitch , yet on a saturday i can't watch the game outside where we're told the virus is less likely to be spread , it's complete and utter madness and if lower league football is to survive a percentage of fans must be allowed back into stadiums asap , the Brighton 2500 trial v Chelsea was a complete success with no follow up registered cases so how on earth can it be ok to eat in a enclosed space with other people but not be allowed to step outside and watch the game being aware of the surroundings and social distancing , bureaucracy gone mad .
