PC TV Capture Card

Got hold of a video player in the end (a mate of mine owns a TV and video shop and he sold me an ex-rental dirt cheap).

What I plan to do now is buy a TV Capture Card for my PC so I can capture my VHS videos onto DVD's.

Can anyone recommend and decent but cheap card?

Also what's the best way to connect from the video to the PC? Composite In and Out?

I've got a TV capture card but found it pants for capturing from VHS tapes, dropped frames all over the shop but was fine recording from the aerial.

Picked up a Pinnacle USB Moviebox last year and that instantly fixed the problem! It let's you capture at DVD Resolution as well no dropped frames! Although obviously if you capturing from crabby old VHS tapes you are not really going to see an improvement in quality.

How much were looking to spend as DVD Recorder may be a good option as they are falling below £200 these days?
