Very interesting listening to this now that we are at the last 2 game stage. The fitness regime he talks about has worked, as the team still looks strong in that regard. In fact the 2 loanees that are getting some playing time look the most knackered, that being Pigott and Cassidy, so the fitness and stamina plan is working for our own players. Phil comes out of this very well. More goals from set pieces hasn't really worked over the whole season and Hurst was meant to be a main star again. Timlin and White under 3 seconds for 20 meters is a surprise, but Will Atkinson winning the 1500 meters isn't.
This is well worth watching.
