If this is the case then we now have 3 strikers + Weston.

Also gives us a nice get out clause if he doesnt deliver.

I'm a big fan of Pigott - what what he offers is something different, he's useful from the bench and reasonably versatile - can lead the line and link up play, scores all types of goals and is intelligent. He's clearly got a touch of class and can operate in tight positions. He can score goals (1 in 3 isn't bad, and hopefully will score lots for us) and he clearly isn't phased by the big occasion.

He knows the team, the club and the fans - he's got more to prove and needs to work on some areas, but I think it's a great signing

IF he's has signed then I will support him, I have to admit I'm not overwhelmed by him signing but I'd much rather have him in the squad than sign no striker. I would still love to have one more striker come in though.

Lets hope he does well though.

Good summary. I see a lot of potential, someone who could earn us a fee in the future I reckon, if he signs perm obviously

Indeed, he isn't a one trick pony. I really look forward to him linking up with Hunt, Mooney and Wordsworth. I think he'll thrive with teammates who have played at a higher level.

I watch that goal nearly every day...just his name makes me smile.....Love you piggy
Any thread that has that GIF in and I'm absolutely transfixed for ten minutes or so, it never get less magic!

Great news and looking forward to the official word. Feed the Pig! :pig:

If this is true then we are starting to look a lot healtier upfront.. And you would have to say a improvement on last seasons front line. McLeod as well would give us some decent options. We might see some goals this season boys UTB

Great signing if true, because it also gives continuity . He was part of that amazing team spirit last season and I reckon this is only something that again be a positive. I would have this down as another excellent piece of business by the Club. Well done again to all involved.

Piece by piece I'm hoping , at the very least, our survival puzzle is being completed.
