This question applies to all four teams in the play-offs. By approx 10.30pm on Thursday night the two finalists will have been decided. This means that these two clubs have only 8 full days in which to sell as many tickets as possible. If we surmise the average tickets sold per club is 20,000, this equates to 2,500 tickets per day. Knowing the restrictive limit of our own ticket office, this will be a huge amount to sell each and every day.
This is also to assume that ticket offices are open for business straight away on Friday morning and to open up on Sunday.

Has the Football League and Wembley have forward plans to make sure tickets are available as soon as possible. For example, would printed tickets for our game be left at the main office, minus details such as team names, so as who ever wins on the night has them to hand. This would also apply to Wycombe and Plymouth.
Details such as which end a teams supporters would be seated should have already been decided and even which dressing room to use.

If none of this has been put in motion the time scale could become somewhat chaotic, especially for the better supported clubs.
Has anyone had the experience of this situation?

Can we please wait till after Thursday to discuss ticketing arrangements for the final. I know you're trying to talk about all 4 clubs in general but this seems all to similar to talk of pitch invasions to celebrate promotion at Morecambe.

I'm sure all plans are in place for the teams that get through.
As per above comment lets wait and see who gets through.

OBL stated on another thread that the sale of tickets for the final is being outsourced which means that you will book it online through an agency and pay an additional fee to do so (rather like last times Ron Martin tax!). Make sure you push the right buttons or you might end at a One Direction concert by mistake!!!

As others have said, ticketing WILL BE OUTSOURCED to See Tickets if (when) we get there. I can't speak for the other three potential Wembley finalists.

For those who are interested regarding the Conference play off Final this weekend. Both Grimsby & Bristol Rovers had to purchase tickets 36 & 41 pounds, from an outsourced ticket company, who add 3 pounds per ticket charge for ad fees!. Then have the audacity to charge 3 pounds for postage or 6 for special delivery!.
You have been warned!

quick Google search showed that Preston physically had possession of their tickets two hours (if not sooner) after their match finished. In other words , plans are in place. Last year derby sold 13000 tickets in one day through 'see tickets'. Let's face it, if they do sell out concerts our match is hardly going to trouble their systems.

had a look at See Tickets, that will make it much easier than queuing around the car park. Charges are £6.25 secure post or £2.35 standard delivery. As mentioned above £3 extra per ticket for fees as well. Presume would be no ST/shareholders buy first option either

I have bought tickets from See Tickets for London shows and you still have to wait your turn and listen to stupid music and it can take quite a while .

Be better if you just went on the FA Website and done it, its there for England games how hard can it be to do it for 3 extra games at the end of the season its not like they don't know they are going to happen

Can we focus on getting there first please, before we start worrying about getting tickets!!!

A simple factual answer to a genuine question, with no negatively involved. Thank you
