As far as I understand football contracts run to the end of June. So long as matches don't spill over into July that isn't an issue.
 
It might be a get out of jail card for "Dodgy Ron". The club goes bust, but Roots Hall and the training ground are owned by his companies.He would then endeavour to get planning permission on both properties.Bingo,profit from developments !! What a horrible scenario.
