So here we are the fifth away game of Chris Powell's return and time in charge at the Mighty Shrimpers against Plymouth Argyle.

It is now time for ALL of us to get behind him and the team whether you are at Home Park, listening on the radio, or watching on ifollow.

Chris Powell's 5th Southend United Away Team.

Oxley, Demetriou, Turner, White, Coker (C), McLaughlin, Yearwood, Mantom, Wordsworth, Cox, Fortune

Subs: Bishop, Ferdinand, Kightly, Timlin, Wright, Robinson, Harrison

Chris Powell’s current away record after 4 games

Won 1
Drawn 3
Lost 0
Goals scored 2
Goals conceded 1

That team will do for me. I hoped Kightly may start but I'm not at all surprised that, Demi apart, Mr Powell has gone with the same line-up as last week. Useful looking bench.

I feel a spanking coming on! Got a bad feeling about this game.

Give it a break Ricey ,we don't get spanked any more !

Southend players warming up, how many players travelled? :stunned:

Looking forward to the Oblectation from OSAKA, despite obdormition in my right foot, from too much obambulation out to the local obeliscolychny. Anyway I hope Plymouth prove poor obluctationers and play like a load of Olms . A big win for us would leave me obmutescent despite obsolagnium.
Looking at the Obandagy their pitch may be as muddy as ours, however thanks to my ability to omphalopsychite , I believe a 2-1 win is on the cards , although my level of skill in this region is akin to onamancy

oblectation ....excitement
obdormition. .. Numbness in a limb
obeliscolchny. .. Lighthouse
obluctationers. ... Opposition
olms. ... Blind aquatic cave dwelling European Salamanders
omutescent. ... Speechless
obsolagnium. ..waning sexual desire due to age
obandagy. ... Rain study
omphalopsychite. ..divination by nasal gazing
onanmancy. Divination using a donkey

its late here, very late, premium saki late :dim::dim:
