Any recommendations?

Most of the better places don't have TVs and/or will be packed.

On a slightly related note, Cyril - do Sonny & Terry's show the football? No use for the 5pm KOs, but was thinking of trying it for a 7:45pm?

if you can do a 10 min walk then The Gun at Spitalfields is great (a recommendation from here I think!).

What about the *spits* Wetherspoons?

Spitalfields is a bit too far away, I've a meeting the other side of Fenchurch St that's not scheduled to finish until 4:30.

Wetherspoons don't have TVs do they?

I'm pretty sure I've seen TV's in there, but someone else can probably confirm.

The Cheshire Cheese has TV's. Not classy, but cheaper beer than most other places around.

Fortunately work are putting on projector with beer and pizza in the boardroom

I got rung up by one of our Scottish offices at ten to ****ing five.

For ****'s sake, just because you didn't qualify.
