Question Time, Southend, 10th November.

I imagine it'll be at the Cliffs Pavillion?

You'd be surprised how small a space they actually need. Round our way about 18 months ago they used the local theatre which only has about 250 tiered seats. The seats were packed away, and the BBC brought their own. In the space the seats usually occupy they had the audience, the panel and all the cameras and gumph they need. The stage was not used at all.

I know they've used the Towngate (Basildon) 3 times. That's a reasonably sized hall.
