Andy Rammell has had a rather short lived time with Forest Green:

This taken from BBC Football:

Andy Rammell's move to Forest Green Rovers has collapsed after the striker had a recurrence of his knee injury.
Rammell's 12-month deal with the Conference club has been cancelled.

And the 37-year-old former Barnsley and Wycombe striker, who joined Forest Green after leaving Bristol Rovers, is to retire from the game.

"I had no inkling my knee would go. I did probably the hardest fitness test I've ever had to do to sign and I came through it fine," said Rammell.

He added: "But I got home and out of the blue it went and I couldn't walk on it.

"It took me six months to get over my operation and I think it's my knee telling me to pack up. That's me, done and dusted.

"I'm gutted because I only signed for Forest Green a week ago and was really looking forward to the season," Rammell told the Gloucester Citizen newspaper.
