So Hester is RBS bank chief for 5 yrs, of which bank the state (us) own 81%.

The bank carries on making losses but is now getting it back to profit however many thousand of jobs are still to go; mainly in England as he cut a deal with the SNP to safe guard Edinburgh jobs:

And despite resigning well below a pension age after just FIVE years WE are going to give him over £4.000.000 in pension!
And he thinks that is reasonable?!?

Does anyone else?
