You may remember the above thread, started by dannypav after the Burton league game, whereby some season card holder seats had been sold twice.
As promised, I raised this matter with Steve Kavanagh, who, as I posted on that thread, promised a "rigorous" investigation. He has come back to me this evening, offering his apologies to those who were inconvenienced. It seems that a maximum of 100 seats could have been affected, although, in actuality, they don't think this many were. Unsurprisingly it was down to a programming error in the system, which has now been corrected, and they are confident the same issue can't occur again.
Again, apologies to those who experienced these problems.
