Just bought a rabbit. Any one got a good recipe for a rabbit pie?

My late Mum (who was evacuated to Derbyshire during the war) used to do rabbit quite regulary.

Certainly suprised a Norwich chum of mine at Uni, who couldn't believe that an Essex lad, like me, had tried rabbit.

My good lady suggests rabbit stew rather than pie, as rabbit (as mentioned above) can go dry very quickly.
