Makes you think there must be some huge catch in here somewhere...

This is what the NME has to say about it..

THE BEASTIE BOYS' record label GRAND ROYAL is being sold over the Internet.

Founded in 1993, Grand Royal was one of the coolest and most influential labels of its time, releasing Beasties albums ‘Check Your Head’ and ‘Ill Communication’ and developing such artists as Money Mark, At The Drive-In and Atari Teenage Riot.

However the label ran into financial difficulties and was declared bankrupt two years ago. Now, online auction house bid4assets.com is offering up the label for a minimum bid of $10,000.
