I've been amusing myself with a regular end of season prediction based on form over the most recent 5 games. Two games back, we were looking to finish bottom with Grimsby relegated with us and Colchester surviving in 22nd.
After today the form prediction looks like:
21 - Walsall 45
22 - Grimsby 45
23 - Southend 45
24 - Colchester 44
Final positions could be decided by goal difference or even goals scored. hold tight, there could be some twists and turns yet.

Cant see us getting anything at Morecambe and Exeter but the others are all possible to achieve a decent result.Feel the two home games against Carlisle and Crawley are very winnable and time we play Orient and Newport they might have very little to play for.As this is such poor league anything can happen lot more tension full matches to watch !!!!!

Just come back in my time machine from 6.00pm on Saturday 8th May. Here are the results of our last eight matches:

Home- Carlisle (Sat 3rd April) WON 3 pts
Away- Morecambe (Tue 6th April) LOST (obviously) 0 pts
Home- Crawley (Sat 10th April) WON 3 pts
Away- Exeter (Sat 17th April) LOST 0 pts
Away- Colchester (Tue 20th April) DREW 1 pt

Home- Leyton Orient (Sat 24th April) WON 3 points
Away- Barrow (Sat 1st May) DREW 1 pt
Home- Newport (Sat 8th May) DREW 1 pt

So 12 points making 47 in total.

And here is the final League Two table:

21 - Southend 47
22 - Grimsby 46
23 - Walsall 45
24 - Colchester 45

So there was really nothing to wory about at all. Onwards to automatic promotion in May 2022.

Carlisle aren't pretty but they are quite effective, this is one that I'm not so confident of.

only two games im worried about are Exeter and Morcombe the rest are winnable i think , come on you blues ,pleas dont go back into your nshell ,go on a winning streak,us supporters deserve that.after the last 3 seasons of torment.
