It will almost be like the good old days in the 1980s when I and little more than 1000 others watched us thump Aldershot 10-1.

I am fairly sure I am sane.
I will be going, and I will go IF we are in the Conference.

Yes the team is losing and losing but it is my team and I support them; admittedly it would be easier if we can win a game or two some time soon again.

3 mad people in my house and we can’t wait to be back inside roots hall

you can keep the pubs and shops closed, but going back to watching live football is a massive part of “getting back to some form of normal” for us

winning a football game has never a requirement to watch Southend United for us

Roll on the 12th December

UTB!!!!!

Well said mate, my sentiments exactly. If you want to support the team do, if you don't say away and support Great Wakering or someone. SOUTHEND TIL WE DIE

Yep and I recall before the seats were put in and we would walk from one end to the other end in the West depending which goal we were kicking in.

Yeah, I remember doing that when I was a kid. We'd walk along to stand near the goal we were attacking. Happy times.

No doubt this will again become common as we fall down the leagues. Also, drinking in sight of the pitch. Every cloud...
