The following Statement was in yesterdays Rochdale Programme in the Southend United Meet the Players Section.

We would like to apologise if we have made any mistakes on the Southend pen pictures. However it's extremely difficult to write accurately when the visting club fail to provide you with any information despite numerous e-mails and telephone calls!

Now why am I not surprised

Judging by the recent reported player mix-ups in our own programme, it was probably just as well.

Our players are obviously so well known that there is no need for further information.

I know how they feel - I've sent the club e-mails at least 3 times in the past, and never a reply.
