Yes he was.....he lived with his 2 brothers and sister. i Know the family quite well

Also Gabriel (Dodgy eye) was born in Rochford hospital

And i used to see Alison Moyet and Depache Mode drinking tea in Charlies Cafe which used to across from the Tyre place on Ashindon Road about 25 years ago
