He used to do a lot of Write ups in our Matchday Programmes during the 90's and early noughties.

The last time I saw Roger was over a beer in the Westcliff Clubhouse at Chalkwell Park. Must have been 4 years ago as it was the week before I moved to Suffolk.

Was always a pleasure to host Roger Buxton's XI at my Cricket Club.

From looking at his media history, I calculate he's 77.

Good calculating. He was 56 when involved in a bad car crash resulting in a number of fatalities in August 2001. So that does indeed make him either 76 or 77.
