I was in the South Upper and wasn't even aware anything untoward ocurred in the West. We were entertained by the poor stewards trying to figure out what they could and couldn't do against the Leicester Box Boys.

So can someone tell me honestly:
- did Southend fans physically attack Leicester fans?
- if so what numbers were involved?
- if so what made it kick off?

I'm interested because I've had to watch from the home stand on more than one ocassion and wouldn't like to think that, in this day and age, anything worse than some verbal and getting thrown out would ensue if I really couldn't contain myself when we scored.

I do think we need to take stock too and make sure we're not being very hypocritical in our condemnation of Leicester fans when we've had fans in boxes at Col U, Chelsea, Huddersfield, and probably many more matches. As well as fans sitting in home ends at these matches and many more.
