I don’t think that row of shops is part of the development. On the plans, I’m sure they’re still there. I think mr pizza man pushed Ron too far, and instead of a fat payday and move his shop somewhere new he’s going to end up with no payday and no match day clientele. I don’t blame him for trying, but it looks like he lost out big time as he didn’t recognise when the best deal he was going to get was on the table.

Seem to recall hearing he was offered around £1m but turned it down

Having been up there Sunday on Trust business, the industrial warehouse at no 3 in the existing buildings plan has already been demolished recently.
