Rotating an MP4 Video

Does anyone know how I can rotate a video I captured on my mobile at all?

I recorded something in landscape, now I want to rotate it 90 degrees so it is in portrait!

I've tried using some crap software, but it just wrecks the vid and speeds it up!

What phone is it? Is there not an option on the phone itself?
I have downloaded vids from my samsung phone and play them with the nokia media suite and can rotate fine!

convert to an avi,

then download virtual dub

http://www.virtualdub.org/

rotate the video, then encode back to mp4 in super


I've not used virtualdub, but use Super regularly and it's excellent
