Crewe are petrified of your abilities as were most of the defences in Div 2 this season.
You have the skills to tease tantalise + rip apart a really average defence tonight. You are at your best when you make space + attack at every chance . You can beat any defender for fun , run him ragged and at best all they can do is bring you down . You have to be brave - demand the ball all night , take players on + shoot on sight . Be greedy , be confident . If your first 7 shots go wide , keep driving forward ... the 8th shot will scream in the top corner.

You are the catalist of our season. Our match winner supreme . Its time to step up + move on up to the next level. Top scouts are falling over themselves to watch Powell but you are so much better. Make sure they go back to their bosses saying Ryan Hall is the player we want to sign. Lately you have lacked confidence but tonight will be different. Tonight is your night .... Be strong , Be confident , Be a winner .

I'd argue that Hall is best when we play direct, he picks up the second ball on the edge of the box from Harris/Mohsni and he's lethal from that area. He's not so great at running with the ball, he needs to play himself into space to put a cross in and so the ball needs to be high up for him to do that.

It would also be nice if he crossed more often. I don't actually want him to be greedy. I want him to do whatever is best in the situation.
