That depends on what you hope to achieve and what the motives are.Of course you don't want the the findings, as they demonstrate a clear failure time and time again by Labour run authorities to deal and recognise that the problem lies within certain parts of our communities.
Sure we can have prosecutions, and I'm not against that but also we need to identify what went wrong and how to put it right.
In Grenfell I see that as failure of local authority and private companies, but also there are policy implications. I would hope that would lead to prosecutions for negligence and policy changes mostly in terms of funding and health and safety laws being enforced.
In Rotherham I see that as failure of local authority, individuals in the social services, and individuals in the police. I would hope that would lead to prosecutions for negligence but there is not official policy at fault (though obviously child protection provision needs tightening/expanding). The main outcome for me would be that all people in positions of responsibility see very clear examples that if you remain quiet when you are aware of abuse – then you will go to prison.
