Got to agree, Powell has got to go now, we are in serious trouble and he doesn't seem capable of arresting the poor form and results. Only concern i would have is who would we bring in. I am concerned that if we go down would we be able to survive financially, especially given that we struggling financially in League 1.

We just can’t defend. Bottom line. All season. Basics. Was unlucky tonight, until they went two one up, even the wind went their way both halves. No point sacking the manager at this point. It's the players that are the issue if you ask me. They're making basic mistakes.

Having seen every Southend relegation season to date.... this is the time to sack a manager whos tactics and motivational skills are dire.Even our goal difference is now disappearing
