A friend has told me that there is bad flooding on the front.

Do we have any shrimperzone reporters on the scene?

I keep seeing pics, has it been raining that bad in Essex? We've had none here in Oxford.

Parts of Rayleigh flooded too, the Co-Op in the town centre had to close, along with other shops. Also seen pics of friends houses in Rayleigh with flooding (not as deep as Southend or Hockley though).

Blimey missed all this today and I reckon all these photo's are fake :omg:
Was lovely and sunny in Chesterfield

Brook overflowed in Eastwood. Flats next to Tesco Garage underwater (some are basements flats) Mother in Law lives there. All have been safely evacuated but those in the bottom flats were swimming in it. Apparently Bellhouse took in water ?????? Not verified though

Incredible pictures keep them coming please I'm not on twitter
