2022-23 Season Cards - credit card sales now open on OS

Picked mine up, and even got to take the little un pitchside and met Ron Martin, who had returned from an “extremely positive meeting”. No idea what it was about, but had his financial director alongside him.

Now waiting till 26th July to see if I can get my little un a seat next to me.

Done, at the shop, a small queue. No fuss and smoothly worked.
Semi interestingly the 2 persons in front where renewing after giving the past two seasons a miss.

Hi,

Adults are to receive £127.89 if you paid in full

Adults that used credit from the 19/20 season are to receive £45.78
.
I got the above from the ticket office, what difference does it make if I used credit from the season before? It was my money that was owed to me?!!

If it helps, I have been a season ticket holder for many years and have been paying the full Adult price for my season ticket.

For the curtailed 2019/20 season the club issued a credit of £89.85
For the 20/21 season the club is offering a credit of £127.89

Both of the above are what I also calculated it to be.

Not sure how the £45.78 has been calculated...best ask the ticket office to explain

I had the same issue when I renewed. I claimed the credit for 2019/20 of £89.85 and was told that as I already had the credit for the 2020/21 season I could not have it again, despite the fact that I had not used it. I paid £280.15 for my 2020/21 ticket after the credit for the previous year had been added. The credit of £45.78 seems to be calculated as £280.15 less £210 for the ifollow less 280.15/23 x 2 = 24.37 equals £45.78. So I actually paid £280.15 less £210 for the ifollow less say 370/23 x 2 = 32.17 still leaves me £37.98 in credit. I should still have the credit of £89.85 from 2019/20 to use but the ticket office said no. Have emailed the club for a response.
I paid £249.22 for my 2021/22 ticket but by my reckoning it should have been £167.17.

That's what I was thinking, we're getting penalised for taking the credit from 19/20 which was ours to have so should still get the £127-89 credit from last season!

Agreed.... the club are pulling a fast one and this explains why they did not publish the pro-rata credit on the website.

1. We didn't get full quota of games for 2019/2020 season so the reason for the club gave us a £89.85 credit.

2. The credit for the refund of games for 2020/21 season should be £127.89.

£370 for 2020/21 season ticket - (£210 for 21 ifollow passes + £32.11 for 2 games at Roots Hall)

or £370 - (£210+£32.11)

or £370 -£242.11 = £127.89 credit

What they are suggesting (£45.78 credit) negates the credit for the missed games for 2019/2020 season.

100% agree

So in effect what they are saying is you are now not entitled for the missed games for the 2019/20 season (£89.85 refund).
