Just renewed our two, ticket office staff excellant, around 10 of us in the que. Said that we had sold 1000 by Thursday and Friday and today had been manic and non stop.
Anybody know how much an adult season card is with the credit from last season taken off?
What about old gits...asking for a friend?Hi,
Adults are to receive £127.89 if you paid in full
Adults that used credit from the 19/20 season are to receive £45.78
.
I got the above from the ticket office, what difference does it make if I used credit from the season before? It was my money that was owed to me?!!
If it helps, I have been a season ticket holder for many years and have been paying the full Adult price for my season ticket.Hi,

That's what I was thinking, we're getting penalised for taking the credit from 19/20 which was ours to have so should still get the £127-89 credit from last season!I had the same issue when I renewed. I claimed the credit for 2019/20 of £89.85 and was told that as I already had the credit for the 2020/21 season I could not have it again, despite the fact that I had not used it. I paid £280.15 for my 2020/21 ticket after the credit for the previous year had been added. The credit of £45.78 seems to be calculated as £280.15 less £210 for the ifollow less 280.15/23 x 2 = 24.37 equals £45.78. So I actually paid £280.15 less £210 for the ifollow less say 370/23 x 2 = 32.17 still leaves me £37.98 in credit. I should still have the credit of £89.85 from 2019/20 to use but the ticket office said no. Have emailed the club for a response.
I paid £249.22 for my 2021/22 ticket but by my reckoning it should have been £167.17.

Agreed.... the club are pulling a fast one and this explains why they did not publish the pro-rata credit on the website. That's what I was thinking, we're getting penalised for taking the credit from 19/20 which was ours to have so should still get the £127-89 credit from last season!
