Question Season Ticket Renewal

Following a second unsuccessful attempt to renew my season ticket at the Ticket Office I have now tried on-line, equally unsuccessful. Have I missed something from the club. All I want to do is give them some money.

Does anyone know the way to renew season tickets please?

As far as I know you should be able to walk into the TO, pay by cash or bank transfer and sorted?

Still no credit/debit card option or online portal. Which is very disappointing.

I recently acquired a new season ticket, and received a confirmation email about 5 minutes. The person on the phone said it will arrive 2-3 weeks before the start of the season.

For whatever reason, it seems to be harder for people to renew a season card than for people to get a new one/first time one.

I renewed my ST very easy however I do know others have problems but ultimately the Ticket Office sorted.Those that are still having problems may I suggest you email Tom the CEO at the club who from previous issues was very helpful.Its in the club interest to get as many ST on board fir the upcoming campaign.

Both times I went, second time this morning at ten, it was shut.

During the close season the Southend United Ticket Office opening hours will change slightly.

From today the summer hours will be 11am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

As such, the Ticket Office phone lines (0344 477 0077) will operate between 11am-4pm during the week.


The Ticket Office will be closed at the weekend.

2022/23 season cards remain on sale at early bird prices. More details of how to get yours here.

We will update and notify supporters on the website and social media platforms should these times change at any point in the close season.

Just send the money to the club via bank transfer to the account detailed in the link including your loyalty number (the one on your online account) and name as the reference.

It’s actually been the easiest renewal I’ve done. You can pop them an email to tell them you’ve done it as well if you want some reassurance.

Renewed 2 and bought 2 new ones no problem. Completed a BACS payment to the club followed by email confirming transfer and confirming seat numbers etc. All worked fine
