You can as it would be in the relevant thread. It is when people start Discussing about say Kev in the transfer thread.

I'm at that age where my thinking arrives as a moan and my thoughts transferred by speech or written form in seconds. My wife says she cannot distinguish a casual chat and me Discussing.
Keeping off being moderated will be a challenge i can see this..

Seems weird to restrict peoples concerns and moans on other threads? People are just posting their feelings on subject matters and topics, so it seems weird to have to create a whole new thread to stop it/lower it on others?

It is about keeping relevant moans or chat to the correct thread and not mixing up every other thread with the same thing. If nothing is specific and just an overall moan , this is your home.
