The Trust will be holding a Race Night on Saturday 7th March 2020 in the Shrimpers Bar, Roots Hall, first Race at 7.30 pm.
With 8 Horse/Dog Races and novelty race if times allow, this is a great event for all the family, with Cash Prizes for each race plus chances to win Bottles of Wine and Goodie Bags.
This year as well as raising funds for the Trust 50% of the Nett Proceeds will be donated to the Royal Papworth Hospital Charity.
The Royal Papworth Hospital Charity exists to support the ground-breaking work of Royal Papworth Hospital. With increasing pressures on NHS resources, the charity plays a vital role in ensuring the Hospital continues to provide the highest standards of care, whilst also ensuring the development of new ways of treating heart and lung disease.
Heart and lung diseases remain two of the biggest killers in the UK and it is estimated that 3.5 million men and 3.5 million women in the UK are currently living with cardiovascular disease.
The Shrimpers Trust are pleased to be supporting the Royal Papworth Charity and the marvellous work they do and in particular as a thank you for the life saving transplant given to the father of two of our Junior Blues Members.
Admission is by Ticket and will cost just £3.00 and can be purchased in advance from the Trust Information Stand in the Shrimpers Bar prior to every Home Game.
Tickets can also be purchased from the Trust online Shop by clicking here.
Alternatively you can pay on the door on arrival.
So why not come along for a fantastic night of entertainment.
