Signed SUFC Away "Rebus" Shirt 2001/2

Guys, I've been given this shirt to auction on behalf of the Castle Point Car Scheme, who received it via the Papworth Trust from Steve Tilson. The Car Scheme operates to help disabled or disadvantaged people to meet medical appointments in particular, but also to help people who wouldn't be able to leave their homes otherwise to live a "normal" lifestyle, for example, taking a blind lady to do her weekly shop, their website is here http://www.castlepointsocialschemeltd.co.uk/

Before I can auction is, I'd really like to identify the signatures, so if you're able to help please add the number of the signature and who you think it is below. We think 7 is Bramble; 8 Maher; 11 possibly Scott Forbes; 12 Cort; 13 Kerrigan; 15 Belgrave; 17 and 22 Danny Gay; 18 Alderton; 20 possibly David McSweeney; 23 Leon Johnson; 24 Searle and 25 Thurgood. They certainly don't make it easy do they?

I think number 2 or number 5 is Phil Whelan, or maybe he did both of them, seeing as Danny Gay signed twice.

I did think number 9 could be Mark Beard, then I thought number 16 was possibly more likely. Maybe number 9 is Marek Szmid?

Although number 20 is definitely a David, the surname is lacking a "Mc", so I wondered whether number 21 might be David McSweeney?

And number 4 is obviously Barry Corr. He gets his name everywhere.

Lol, you're right Ian. I thought 21 might be Scriv actually! Are 2 and 5 the same? I think you might be right, and Phil Whelan seems a likely candidate. Squad from that season:
