Sky Sports League One Goal of the Season - Charlie Kelman nominated

How is Ivan Toney's goal only on 2%? The technique for that was far harder than some of the highly voted goals.

Because fans will always vote for their player - more fans = more votes. Simples. That’s why whenever we won this kind of thing in the past it was always with a huge effort from Zoners

Amused by the Taylor goal getting so many, that's dodgy keeping, should have that area covered by default.

Crikey, that Tom Eaves goal is pretty good isn't it?

Voted for Charlie, but he's still in third place.

I voted for that. It's a bit pointless fans just voting because he is their player so the winners always going to be from one of the bigger sides but I know my opinion won't change the masses. Not to take anything away from CKs goal as it was a wonderful hit but the keeper could of done better.

Yep, as rigsby said, watch the goal cam and you’ll see why he didn’t save it.

He didn’t save it for a no of reasons :-

He wasn’t concentrating

He was out of position

He got his bearings all wrong

He got his footwork all wrong

He completely lost track of the flight of the ball

All this this resulted in him falling over his own feet as the ball passed him waist height.

Let’s not go over this again. What Charlie did was show incredible vision, incredible confidence, unbelievable audacity, great bravery and kicked it as hard as he could to achieve what a forwards instinct told him to do......

Unbelievable result but it was terrible goalkeeping nonetheless

Yeh... watch it on goal cam and see the keeper fall over as the ball goes in at head height

Why? because you have spoken.

The keeper didn't save it for 3 reason:-

Charlie disguised his shot

Charlie hit it with such pace

Charlie put draw on the ball which meant it not only travels quicker through the air, it wrong footed the keeper.

The keeper was not in a bad position, as the ball was in our half. When the ball was stuck, it was straight and the keeper actually made his ground quick enough but like i say it was draw on the ball that caused him to get in a mess.

One more thing, you can't coach that sort of thing. So well done CK its definitely better than the others.
