Slow site

Is anybody else finding there are periods of slow response from this site, when loading pages or especially posting (or editing posts)?

I thought it was my ISP at home (last night & this morning) but it's doing it at work too.

It seems too do it in fits and starts....I will have words with our server peeps if it continues.

Been happening frequently over the last three weeks or so for me... Some evenings the site is almost unusable.

I do find it a problem using Firefox but not Chrome oddly.

I use Chrome mostly and have also encountered this problem recently. :unsure:

The good thing about Chrome is that it isolates each tab, so if one page crashes it doesn't crash the whole browser.

but yeah, I'm using Chrome and it's very slow every now and again
