For those of you who had emotional involvement or passing curiosity, some brilliant news as far as I'm concerned in that Jack Horton - who was the other "victim" of the Thorpe Bay crash - has returned home to his family (can't find a link to it on the Echo's pages, but it's front page on the one I got today)

I must admit, all the stories and reports I'd heard were that this would never be likely to happen, so proof, if proof were needed, that sometimes miracles DO happen. A merry Christmas to Jack and his family, and to Gill and the rest of Eleanor's family, I can do nothing but offer my respect and admiration for the way they have conducted themselves. God bless you all.

Good luck Jack ast this special time of year, one other thing would make my day BEATING the EWES on boxing day
