it was a mad rush to get all the results out last night so apolgies for being so breif.

Let's face it no-one could (or did) predict that we would lose 5-2 so no three points on offer, in fact few predicted that we would loose, so thenobster's four point lead wasn't going to be seriously challenged. Davewebbsbrain shaved two points of his lead but it was too little too late.

Congratulations to thenobster in being the top Southend Predictor, perhaps he is more realastic about our results than most of us.

Ldnfatso was the winner last year, new competition starts this Saturday.
