Should be better than a 1 star. Although the last inspection was two years ago. Hope it has improved since then.

Re-inspected 19th December 2014 and given a score of 4 out of 5 according to the official hygiene rating website

Pretty poor journalism to be reporting that

I did think that when I read it.

To be fair the zero star inspections were all in 2014 as were some of the one star ones but some of the other one star inspections were back in 2012!

Obviously the Essex Chronicle has just regurgitated the Food Safety Agency's report and press release which is a bit of lazy journalism, the FSA have obviously included the figures going back nearly three years into the one report to make it look like they've been busy......

Reports like these can cause damage to a business and if, as appears to be the case for SUFC, a subsequent inspection has shown that the establishment has got it's act together then to publish them in a 'name and shame' article like this is not only irresponsible but potentially actionable, I wouldn't be surprised.

I wouldn't by a kebab from "OK" kebabs........

Now if it was "Amazing Kebabs" i probably would.....
