Like the starting eleven except we really cannot afford to leave out Kyle Taylor—so sure up the defence by switching Demi to RB.
Halford can play anywhere! So,other subs:
Seaden,Elvis,Egbri,Kyps,Goodship,Walsh.

I'd left out Kyle Taylor on the basis that he's been out with Covid. I'd expect him to come off the bench Saturday and then start the following week. I rate him highly.

Dropping Bwomono would be crazy. We'd be better off addressing the side of the defence where we leak all the goals. We haven't conceded a goal down the right for, I think, over 2 months now.

With our squad now and recent good home form we should win this 3-0

hmmmm.... Barrow's last 3 games Cheltenham (H) W 3-0, Port Vale (A) W 2-0 Tranmere (H) D 1-1 (with 10 men for last half hour)

Whilst you might win we have only lost by more than 1 goal once this season - that was 4-2 at Crawley (they got a 94th min goal to make it 4-2 and we had 10 men for 20 odd minutes) - so a 3-0 win would be unlikely.
Barrow despite being 4th bottom are the joint 9th top scorers in the league and the 2nd highest scorers in the bottom half of the table - so Southend keeping a clean sheet would be a surprise too.
The result as always could go either way - but BTTS is probably a safe bet as is Scott Quigley to score anytime - has has scored in the last 4 matches.
Barrow have scored 29 goals through 13 different scorers - whilst Southend have scored 13 in total.

Alright, don't rub it in!

We’re definitely still light on goalscorers but we’ve shored up the defence and have kept 4 clean sheets in the last 9 games. We’ve added to our attacking options too and if McCormack plays he makes a huge difference in midfield. We’re definitely not as soft a touch as we were at the start of the season. Your best bet is to score early (first or second half) as we aren’t as great at fighting back from behind. And not sure who Barrow have got on the right wing but they’re likely to get some joy. May the best team win!
Think Shrimpet is being very optimistic expecting a 3-0 win to us! I’d be happy with 1-1.

Sounded from MM quotes on the OS that both Taylor and Klass were back in training today but he wasn't sure if tomorrow would be too soon for them.
I agree best to save him until 100% it again ,we now have adequate replacements

----------------------------------OXLEY--------------------------------
ELVIS--------------WHITE(C)-------------HOBSON----------------HART

----------OLAYINKA-----------DIENG-------------NATHANIEL-GEORGE

bench: HACKETT-FAIRCHILD,WALSH, HALFORD, EGBRI, KYPRIANOU, ACQUAH, SEADEN

Keep K.Taylor, Klass & Clifford back til they are 100% fit. Push Dieng into a more attacking role to assist Simeon physically.
If Olayinka is treading water like he was at The O's , make an early sub + unleash one of our speed merchants from the bench ...

Southend won last 3 home games

It’s pretty cold outside today, and unlikely to get much warmer between now and kick off. Hopefully after the disruption of last weekend’s trip to Newport, the club would consider how far Barrow have to travel and would look at the state of the pitch today.

Anyone live close to Roots Hall who fancies going out and doing an assessment of their back garden?

On behalf of all Southend fans I would like to offer commiserations on missing your big day out this season - it won't be the same on iFollow.

BTW - I still think your club badge looks like a question from Only Connect.

No problem, soft but easily playable, no deep frost.
