We are the better side 2nd half. Threatened a few times now and they haven't once...
 
I hate to say it but sturrock is working miracles. If and when the embargo gets lifted then we will be looking to compete reasonably well with a few addition in league 2. Cant wait to see the team now. Havent been able to get to any pre-season games as of yet. Still hopefull we will get another home game arranged

For those who predicted doom and gloom it seems like there was some positives that have come out from tonight.

Obviously don't want to get too excited about a pre-season friendly but I'll take a 1-1 against Derby in the circumstances and look forward to a progressive improvement to all things involved with our Southend United Football Club

Well Done to all those that played...!

Up the "Makeshift" Blues.... :)
