Bentley,
White, Thompson, Barrett, Coker,
Worrall, Leonard, Atkinson, Hurst,
Payne, Mooney

Subs: Prosser, Rea, O'Neill, Deegan, Pigott

Worrall for Rea the only change. Timlin and Hunt miss out on a return.

Not bad, only one striker option from the bench though.
Will miss Timlin and Hunt but I think a good win is on the cards, with Mooney getting a goal or 2

Come on Southend.

I feel quite confident for tonight. (I have the right to change this later.)

Come On You Shrimpers! Tough game tonight but if the players dig deep we can pick up a result.

Don't really go a lot on the JPT but as it's our last Cup competition, would be happy to progress. My views have obviously changed a little since the start of our JPT campaign, now that I see we are managing comfortably in League One, which is our most important aim in the season.

Either way, I don't mind who we get if we get through as Oxford hate playing us as we are their Morecambe.

Blog: Southend United 0, Millwall 0

Sounds like we've dominated so far, need to take advantage though.
