There's quite a bit of competition this season for the worst half of football I've seen Southend play................and today is well up there with them. We changed system only towards the interval and started to look marginally better........although still finding it virtually impossible to find someone in a blue shirt. The one (only one) attacking bright spot of the 45mins was a Dieng header cleared off the line. White and Bishop combined to stop Lapado extending Plymouth's advantage right at the death. God! surely it's got to be better in the second-half????

Has anyone actually got proof of players not being paid? Or the dinner ladies not being paid? Yes I appreciate the tax man but no one has any evidence that these players haven't been paid!! Maybe they are just not good enough.
