Hutchinson on for Mantom. One change I'd make immediately is to install Cox as captain, I'm sick to death of Mantom's 'performances' right now and he sems to have zero leadership qualities.

Agree it’s not all his fault but ultimately the buck stops with the manager.

He signed Mantom, Dieng and Hyam of which 2 are poor and 1 is injured. He made Mantom the most ineffective captain that I can recall. He employed Keen and Matthew who seem to add nothing. He oversees training.

Is it all powell’s Fault ? No

Is it an easy job being manager of Southend? No

Is it Time for change of the whole Management Team? Yes
