Wasnt it meant to be his hamstring when it happened?

Not really a shocker but disappointing none the less.

Id be surprised if he manages to play longer than this season sadly.

no surprise here, think everyone knew this some 12 months ago, its what happens when you get a injury and carry to much timber, just needs to manage it right in the training sessions now.

Yes. Does sound as though he is winding down now. just wonder if he'll be offered a new deal in the summer??

Fred should now concentrate on his health and retire from professional football I cannot see much point in him risking permanent problems especially at his age,Become a coach Fred or just chill.

think he has a bit more to give yet and also wants to show he can still do it at his level I suppose.

Can't we all club together to buy a new knee? You'd think these days you'd be able to print one out on a 3d printer......

If he hung his boots up tomorrow we will never EVER be forgotten - We still have freddy junior to look forward to who is playing 2 ages above his level I believe and am I right in thinking there is another son?

Don't think so, he has a daughter, and I think they're the only two.
