For any fans travelling on the line to get to home games or away games (or anyone that uses it to commute to and from work).
I have seen that there will be a weekend bus replacement services between Shenfield to Southend Victoria from Saturday September 1st until Sunday 28th October.
There will also be week night closures between Wickford and Southend Victoria until Thursday 29th November.
It doesn't specify for what time it will begin (or even that replacement bus services will be offered mid week), but in either case, I would imagine it would effect all fans that use the line trying to travel home from away matches as well as possibly fans trying to get home from Roots Hall on our mid week evening fixtures.
This is due to 19km of new overhead wires being installed on the line.
