STARTING XI | Bentley, White, Thompson, Barrett, Coker, Rea, Leonard, Atkinson, Payne, Mooney, Hunt

Subs: T.Smith, Prosser, Worrall, McLaughlin, Deegan, Pigott, O'Neill

Just one change, and its defensive. No surprise really. After our other heavy defeats he did the same. Thought McLaughlin and Deegan were sure to start, and thought Barrett needed a rest. Wouldn't be upset with a boring 1-0 today though

Come on Southend, a win today confirms our chance of the playoffs and good start to the New a Year.

I was hoping the same as you thought; seems Worral is being blamed for the Millwall defeat!!

I don't see it as overly defensive. More that is solid at the back allowing the forward players to do their stuff.

Danger signs there again. Doncaster have had the chances so far. Not a passing game according to the commentators, not pretty...........Tyson causing us problems. As I type, Southend mounting a better response.
