Can't believe there's no mention of this on here today....

The best day in recent memories for our little, old club!

Don't remember that! must be getting old.:Winking:
Got a shirt in my van with the date on it! sometimes turn it around to say Wembley 15

Never really noticed before, is that Pigott behind the Wycombe players, and where is he going?!!!

Hadn’t seen that photo before. Great memories that we will all cherish.

I was in the corner where the cross came in from. I clearly remember Weston looking to pass it and everyone around me shouting for him to take it forward. He ran down the left wing and out of no where he had created space for a cross " go on you've got your half-a-yard" i cried. He delivered and the rest is history...

PS i dont think he actually heard me............ but maybe, just may be............

There is a close up picture of him running in a different direction to everyone else. I've always thought that it might have been some sort of montage but perhaps he did go awol???

He is running his CV over to the Wycombe manager.

He knew he was the Andrew Ridgley to Southend United's George Michael.

I'm told by a Wycombe player that Pigott ran past the back off them shouting in their ears "MUGS"
