With me as a second driver on my dad's jeep its £400.

Me, on my own, with a Ford Fiesta 1.1 LX '94 is like £1500. Tried Tesco and Liverpool Victoria and got nearly the same. Cant stand doing this sh*t. Takes ages as well. Hmm.....

Feck that. I only have about 250 quid and 200 quid of that is 'safely' in the bank...

Now the points are cleared, I'm happy with the £400 I now have being under my name...

Kev, tip get your own insurance. You gotta build up those no claim bonuses sooner or later so you might as well start now. Living off daddy is all well and good but in the long run it&#39;s the better thing.

Got a quote of £600. Car should cost about the same amount and my dad is paying for half. Apparently i have some secret stash my mum has put away plus they are giving me a few hundred quid when they go away to Malaga in May with my brother and another family so it looks like im going out shopping soon.
