Imo he has to start with Hall,might make central midfield a bit weaker, but he seems to give us so much more options going forwards, i think its a risk worth taking, we shall see.
 
I would stick with the same solid starting 11 and then bring on the others as and when required. No need to change the shape or formation of the team at the moment IMO, especially with Morecombe not being to shabby away from home at the moment
