THREAD ON TWITTER šŸ§µ (https://twitter.com/londonshrimper/status/1663625740556877824?s=20)

I know we cannot sign anyone at present, but here are 10 players we should look at.

With teams announcing signings & retained lists, the sale of the club is something that needs to happen ASAP so we can crack on with retaining & signing players before the new season.

Regan Booty was excellent at Roots Hall!

Iā€™d take Granty back, would need an excellent free kick taker because we would win more of those.

I like some of the suggestions.

Would love it if Dallas holds on to join.

Justham gets my vote too.

Booty rumoured to be heading north.

Josh Rees strongly linked with Daggers.
Injury wrecked season last one too, so for me his day is done and look elsewhere. We don't want anymore crocks thanks.

Sam Barrett rumoured to be on his way to Barnet too.

Loads of non league signings according to the BBC.

We are falling behind already. Hurry up Ron and agree the sale

As a fan itā€™s ****ing depressing watching all these other clubs doing normal things like signing players, arranging friendlies and releasing new kits. Whilst we sit here in the dark as normal with not a scooby about anything.

I'd suggest there are several players we have already missed out on because of the never ending embargo that was going to last weeks not months. Here we are, 8 months later, still not able to do anything. Watching all the other clubs get a head start on us.

And no doubt several players within the squad we will lose because of this. They can't sit around that much longer I wouldn't have thought.

Update as to a potential signing:

As expected, Maher, Still & Co. are meeting with targets, but their hands are of course tied as to when we can make concrete offers so it comes down to whether players are prepared to wait or not!

Maher will be meeting Sam Ling, a player out of contract at Dagenham, in the coming days.

Would be a good signing, RB by trade, but can play anywhere across the backline and filled in at CM against us in the recent game at home. Utility players at this level are always a blessing when you're only allowed to name 5 subs on the bench (one of which may be a keeper).

Was he the one giving us **** in the away game?

Heā€™d be the other one then.

Been told weā€™ve spoken to three from Daggers. One well known, one Iā€™ve been told and hasnā€™t been mentioned before, and then this must be number 3.

He scored in the first away game, but donā€™t recall too much nonsense from him. Reynolds (?) was the worst!

Could the other possibly be Robinson? Iā€™ve seen his name linked with us a few times on Twitter recently due to his links with JS.
