I don't think he was clever or his scam was complex.

He just targeted one of the most financially vulnerable group of people going.....The football fan.......Offer them sweets and they will always get in the van.

Oh it was. Transferring monies between multiple companies. Some especially set up. Charging disgraceful interest and fees for loans. Hiding who the fees went to. He also seems to be behind the loans as a silent partner. He's got away with it so far.

Fortunately the window is shut for PL clubs so we won't have to worry about potential bids until January.
